The total investment needed to begin operations is between $43,375 and $409,000, significantly lower than similar competitors in the industry. The initial franchise fee is between $37,375 and $77,375. This includes territories up to 500,000 households. The franchise fee is increased by $10,000 for territories with more than 500,000 households.
What are the financial requirements for franchising with FRSTeam?
To franchise with FRSTeam, you will need a minimum liquid capital of $100,000 to open your business.
Is there a continuing royalty fee?
Yes, all franchisees are required to pay 6% of gross revenue to help fund our ongoing support services and continued development of new systems, equipment, software, training programs and operation upgrades.
What experience do I need?
Franchisees don’t need previous restoration experience to thrive in an FRSTeam location. FRSTeam provides detailed training, with more than 60 hours of on-the-job training, and nearly 50 hours of classroom training. Management also helps with all the ins and outs of marketing your business, and offers ongoing support, including on-site visits and educational programs. And, you’ll have access to all the FRSTeam procedures, systems, and materials.
